Ridgeline Management Consultants has developed a course that describes the principles of Earned Value measurements and their use in the management of projects. These techniques are simple in understanding but we attempt to show you how they can be complex in application. Earned Value and its Management are much more than just calculating numbers. The analysis and understanding of what these numbers are attempting to tell us are the more critical thing to understand.

This course is normally presented as two to three sessions lasting one to two hours depending on the desired level of depth.
